Security

Here’s how UniBookr keeps your account safe and what you can do to help.

How we protect you

Your password is never stored in plain text — it's scrambled before it's saved, and even we can't read it. Everything you do on UniBookr travels over a secure connection (HTTPS). Card details go straight to Stripe (which is the industry standard for safe card payments) — we never see or store your full card number. And inside our database, your data is locked down so only you can see and change your own information.

How you can protect yourself

Use a unique password, sign out on shared devices, don’t share verification codes with anyone, and report suspicious behavior from conversations or profiles to support@unibookr.com. Before booking a new provider, check the written reviews on their booking profile and look for trust badges such as certifications.
